You should pick a date, time, and place and just do it. If you build it, they will come. ;-)

Well that's why I'm getting people's input. What day is best for everyone? Cuz if we can get it around a day where no one has school or work we can possibly get alot more people

@dragonicefire73 - pick a time and place and post it. Sometimes people show up without mentioning it on the boards.

While I won't be able to make it up there, I've trained at COC before and it was fun.

I'm not trying to take over SCV. Think of it as I'm a temporary fill in for you till your the bionic man. Cuz they probably built you stronger, faster,... and I can't remember the rest.
But anyways I'm holding another session at COC this saturday. I finally got a day off from work and so I can make it. Here's the details

Where: COC in front of the Admin building
When: Saturday at around 1 (I like to sleep in.)
Who: Well me of course. The name's Alex give me a call or text at (661)313-2736.

Look for the dude in a either a black or grey tank with white shoes and black running pants.

Hope y'all can make it!!! ^_^

@ dragonicefire - I've updated the first post for you. Can you take care of editing that next time you schedule a new session?
Let me know if you need help.
Thanks!

Hey anyone interested in a session in the SCV? Since spring break is here, school should get in the way...hopefully?

So I have been putting togther a list of hot Santa Clarita spots to go train. Also I have a list of exercises and conditioning drills so our sessions can be more structured. I'd also like to make a list of weekly workouts for all of us to do on our own during the week, kinda like the "No excuse workout". I feel if we do this our sessions will be alot more progressive.

I think that's an awesome idea...please post up your workouts so we can all have a chance to work on them.

@Nextar - first, your image was WAY too big (max = 120x100) so I resized it for you. Also, you just need to put the link url not the link with image tags. I fixed it for you and also added the link to the original image you were trying to use on your signature if you click it. If you have any more technical questions like that, just PM me.
