Hey what's up yall, it's been awhile. I have been kicking so much A** at CSULB with a total of 24 units. So I apologize if i havnt been able to kick it with yall. I have been training whenever i can on my own and with nardo however.

Wasabe: That area, if I am not mistaken is under construction. just double check if you need a location change. I will try to be there however.

See yall later

The area closer to the hill is under construction, but the flat area at the top still makes for a nice place to warm up. Looking forward to training with ya this weekend.

I was just wondering if anyone is still going to show up today? Cause I'm still willing to meet up.

I will either find a way, or make one.

I'm just going to make this a weekly thing. There's always a few non-pkcali people from the LB area I train with that show up on Saturdays so feel free to post up if you want to join us. Let me know if you want my cell number to find us.

I was at the Hoff's Hut two Sunday's ago and saw some Freerunners inside. I just wanted to know if it was any of you guys. And I'm going to make it this Saturday.

I will either find a way, or make one.

Wasn't me. How'd you know they were freerunners? Were they doing gainers over a pizza? =P

See you Saturday.

Everyone goes at their own pace so put in whatever work you're capable of. You may be encouraged to do more or warned to ease off, but we can't really make you do anything. Most of the people that come are just starting, too.

I won't be there tomorrow. For whoever comes out, you should do the No Excuse workout together and explore the campus. Then you really have no excuse to not do it =)

It's finals season at CSULB, and I'm definitely feeling it. I won't be able to head training sessions here until June 13. From that point on, it's game-on for the summer.
