Make-A-Wish

Fellow traceur Drake, of San Diego, is an inspiration to all of us. With the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation, after being diagnosed with cancer, Drake was able to make his dream of training Parkour in Europe a reality. We are all very happy for Drake and inspired by him. Stay strong Drake and we look forward to training with you.

Go Train!

The summer is in full effect and there are lots of people looking to train! Take advantage of the beautiful weather and get outside. Build up the your condition and your strength in the four natural abilities: bipedal movements, quadrupedal movements, climbing, and jumping!
Check out the Sessions Forum to see what's going on, or just look to the right of this page where it reads "SESSIONS."

PKCali on NBC

Recently, NBC broadcast a piece about Parkour featuring some of the PKCali traceurs. It turned out to be a really good broadcast with a proper depiction of Parkour. Big thanks to all the PKCali traceurs who helped represent to make this a great piece. Huge thanks to everyone at NBC especially Mary, Caitlin, and Chris for looking to properly promote Parkour and doing it well.

Leave No Trace - Camarillo

	As part of the "Leave No Trace" initiative started by Animus at PKNA they guys in Camarillo have stepped up to clean up a nearby area. We all want to leave places cleaner than how we found them. Hats off to the traceurs in Camarillo who took the time to do it. Hopefully we'll see more people stepping up to help clean up.
