For the non-basics session, you should have a good understanding and ability to do the basics. At the non-basics sessions I don't set it up the way I setup the basics session. I don't go over teaching the vaults or that much teaching at all. At the basics session I dedicate myself to coaching and helping everyone else. The non-basics sessions give me the time to train things I want to train and not keep quite the structure that is necessary in the basics session. We don't need to be too concerned that the participants won't know how to do the techniques at the non-basics sessions.

Comments: 69 Reply to this	Jigga, check out the weekly SD sessions in the Sessions forum. The next gym session will get posted when the scheduling is worked out. These gym sessions usually run about two hours or two and a half hours.
